Many times people are confused to think that weight loss is equal to "diet." At Forma we promote weight management, different from weight loss; weight management is about managing your body wellbeing. During your personal training session your trainer will go with you over realistic and attainable weight goals, review your food log, analyze and make adjustments to your customized strength program and cardiovascular training. You'll learn healthy techniques to lose body fat and tone your body, incorporating new eating habits so you'll never have to diet again!
Pre/Post Natal Exercise
As women a baby is the most wonderful gift that life could ever give us, but isn’t an easy job. A women’s body change in 9 months more than a man’s body throughout his whole life! Forma wants to provide you with all that you need to enjoy a healthy pregnancy or get back into shape after pregnancy, safely and effectively. You’ll learn how to create a stronger body to cope with the physical changes of pregnancy by developing safe posture and movement. You will also learn to avoid unwanted gain weight, exercises that will get you fit and increase your energy level, how to have an easier labor, how to regain muscle tone and flatten your tummy after having your baby, and much more…
Corrective Stretching training
If you are a regular exerciser, you may have notice that after an intense workout session, you body feels "tight" and/or sore. That comes from accumulated lactic acid that eventually causes the muscle to loose range of movement. CST has been designed to improve muscular flexibility, balance and range of motion. CST combines foam roller use, Pilates, gymnastics and yoga techniques that will improve your body elasticity and your overall body/mind wellbeing. Corrective stretching training delivers endurance and allows you to improve posture, reduce neck, lower back and shoulders tension.

Getting the most out of your winter sport requires an intelligent, methodical approach to training .If you love riding or shredding, we want to take you to the next level.
